We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, recording messages and putting calls through to the relevant people
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying of documents
- Assist with basic clerical tasks as assigned
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computerised office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
