Summary
The role of this position is to support the Care Group Management team in the delivery and monitoring of operational peformance ensuring adherence to local and national targets. In addition, you will be required to ensure that processes within the care group pathways and quality indicators are being met. This will involve working with various levels of personnel in order to ensure that deadlines are met. The Support Officer will be required to liaise with senior clinicians to ensure continuity of service and implementation of agreed local, trust wide and national protocols and procedures. The postholder will also be required to ensure that robust escalation processes are in place to assist with the delivery/sustainability of performance targets/standards within areas of responsibility and ensure that teams are aware of their responsibilities in relation to adhering to such processes.
