We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of traditional new build housing developments, delivering high-quality homes in line with NHBC standards. You will take full responsibility for site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations on new build housing projects

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with NHBC standards and building regulations

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and direct labour
-
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and site housekeeping
-
Monitor programme schedules and manage workloads to meet deadlines
-
Ensure quality control at all stages of the build process

Liaise with clients, suppliers, building control, and NHBC inspectors

Complete site records, reports, and inspections as required
Requirements
-
Proven experience as a Site Manager on traditional new build housing projects

Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and current building regulations
-
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain build programmes

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
