Key Responsibilities
Accommodation Operations
Manage day-to-day operations of accommodation facilities
Ensure rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational
Oversee room allocations, check-ins, and check-outs (where applicable)
Ensure efficient use of accommodation space
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as an Accommodation Manager, Facilities Manager, or similar role
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of health, safety, and housing regulations
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage budgets and operational reports
Computer literacy (MS Office, accommodation management systems
