Holy Trinity C of E Primary School requires an After School Club Manager to start in April 2026Hours: Monday to Friday, 2.15pm-6.15pm 20 hours per week to include planning time – 38 weeks per annum (excludes INSET days).
Grade: ME6, Scale Point 7. £30,288 (pro-rata’d to approx. £14,665)Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: 9am, Friday 27th February

Holy Trinity C of E Primary School is a two-form entry primary school, with a nursery, located within the London Borough of Merton, and closely linked to the community around South Park Gardens. We are a Church of England school within the Diocese of Southwark. Holy Trinity is an outstanding school (Ofsted 2024 and SIAMS 2018) with delightful pupils who are eager to learn.
We are looking to appoint a proactive, energetic and positive-minded After School Club Manager to lead the day to day management and organisation of our After School Club which cares for approximately 80 children each day. You will be responsible for ensuring resources are available to support the weekly planning, for directing a daily team of 7 staff plus specialist sports coaches and for role modelling excellent interactions with the children in a safe, homely and nurturing environment. You will need to be someone who is passionate about all aspects of childcare and education, and able to bring new ideas to the role. You will need to have a caring and dynamic approach, as well as an ability to lead and motivate a range of staff.
