We are a Church of England school within the Diocese of Southwark. Holy Trinity is an outstanding school (Ofsted 2024 and SIAMS 2018) with delightful pupils who are eager to learn.

We are looking to appoint a proactive, energetic and positive-minded After School Club Manager to lead the day to day management and organisation of our After School Club which cares for approximately 80 children each day. You will be responsible for ensuring resources are available to support the weekly planning, for directing a daily team of 7 staff plus specialist sports coaches and for role modelling excellent interactions with the children in a safe, homely and nurturing environment. You will need to be someone who is passionate about all aspects of childcare and education, and able to bring new ideas to the role. You will need to have a caring and dynamic approach, as well as an ability to lead and motivate a range of staff.

Holy Trinity is a diverse, inclusive and welcoming two-form entry school with a happy atmosphere and a strong Christian ethos. We are committed to team working and the successful candidate will be given support and guidance by the staff and leadership team.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Please apply using the application form provided and return it to Izzy Rickards, Headteacher via email (headteacher@holytrinity.merton.sch.uk) or by leaving a paper copy at the school office.
