Eastern High is an exciting place to work, where staff enjoy coming to work. It is located in an area of high deprivation and therefore it is essential that the candidate has energy, enthusiasm and a commitment to improving outcomes for young people in challenging circumstances. The successful candidate will join a team of staff who are committed to developing and enabling young people to achieve their full potential and go on to flourish in life.
