Operational Repairs Planner needed in Enfield Paying £17.54 per hr ref 1683586

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Scheduling repairs and maintenance appointments for operatives and contractors.
Managing diaries and ensuring workloads are balanced, efficient, and achievable.
Prioritising emergency, urgent, and routine repairs in line with service-level agreements.
Communicating with tenants, operatives, surveyors, and contractors to keep them updated.
Monitoring progress of works and resolving any issues or delays.
Updating repairs management systems with accurate notes and job statuses.
Ensuring repairs are completed within required timescales to meet KPIs and customer expectations.
Working closely with the contact centre, property teams, and other internal departments to ensure a seamless service.
