Summary

You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, under the leadership of the Healthy Child Service Team Manager, to ensure the best health outcomes for children, young people and families across the City of York are achieved. We know that isn't the case for everybody though and that is where the Healthy Child Service comes in. The successful candidates will join the Healthy Child Service within Public Health.
