Our client, an outstanding primary school in the heart of Manchester, Greater Manchester, is seeking an exceptional Full-Time SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teacher to join their dedicated team. - Develop and deliver engaging, personalised lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals, such as therapists and support staff, to ensure a holistic approach to student development
- Maintain accurate records, assessments, and progress reports to monitor student achievement
- Provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being and confidence of each student
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest SEN teaching methodologies and best practices
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Extensive experience working with students with special educational needs
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficient in the use of assistive technologies and adaptive teaching techniques
