We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to our busy Radiology Team. This is a vital role where you will directly contribute, through expert organisation and sensitive communication, to the smooth running of patient pathways and support both clinical staff and patients during challenging times.

37.5 hours a week, routine working hours: 7.5 hours between 08:00 – 20:00 Mon-Fri and 09:00 – 17:00 weekends.

Successful candidates will need to:
· Utilise a range of IT systems and MS Outlook and Excel proficiently
· Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients, carers, and staff at all levels
· Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
· Manage and prioritise a high-volume workload
· Demonstrate direct experience providing front-line service
· Exhibit a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient-centred care
· Work autonomously and as part of a team
· Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively with minimal supervision
· Effectively schedule, appointments while proactively managing prerequisites and follow-ups
This is a demanding role which will give the successful candidate an opportunity to develop knowledge of patient pathways and clinical systems alongside enhancing communication and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced clinical environment.
