Salary: £27500
Benefits: 25 days holidays + plus bank holidays, Pension (3% EE 5% ER), health care cover, free parking, cycle to work scheme, training and career development
Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday Days only

They are a successful medical manufacturing business company that are offering a stable and lucrative career in their new purpose-built manufacturing facility based in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join niche medical business as a Manufacturing Operative and grow your career within manufacturing environment.
The appropriate manufacturing operative would be responsible for:
• The role would involve operating production machines, picking, labelling, distribution of products, quality inspection and ad hock duties
Requirement of manufacturing operative
• Good Problem-solving skills
• Must have prvious experiance in manufacturing
• Demonstrated strong adherence to process requirements, able to follow work instructions.
• Demonstrates teamwork across all roles and teams through communication, supporting others and adapting daily work tasks to achieve given Key Performance Indicators
