Summary
New Homes Sales Advisor – Part-Time (Lincoln)
Salary: £30,000 pro-rata
Hours: 10:30am – 5:30pm
Working Pattern: Tuesday and Wednesday, plus one weekend per month and holiday cover
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team in Lincoln.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent a reputable housebuilder, guiding prospective buyers through the sales journey and ensuring a first-class customer experience from first enquiry to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and greet potential buyers, providing a warm and professional service.
Present show homes and developments to prospective purchasers.
Guide customers through the sales process, from initial interest to completion.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and sales.
Support the wider sales team as needed, including providing holiday cover.
About You:
Previous experience in sales, property, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, approachable, and confident working with the public.
Flexible and reliable, with a proactive approach to work.
