Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as an Operations Executive in Thame. Salary up to £28,000 p/a DOE and a comprehensive benefits package including private Bupa healthcare. And developing operations processes is essential for success in this role, as well as managing CRM systems and working with Excel reporting. You will ideally have some knowledge of planning workflows for reporting.

Key Responsibilities and supporting client activities:
- Provide and maintain effective communication between internal & external teams and appropriate supplier contacts to ensure efficient sharing & use of information.
- You will help organise training and events for the field teams
- To ensure that account toolkits (e.g. Field/Supplier documentation) are produced and dispatched to required standard and timescales.
- Working with third parties to ensure that equipment is purchased/distributed, and asset management is completed to support of service delivery, as well as trouble shooting and problem resolution
- Setting up Salesforce and reporting systems on tablets and phones for the field team.
- Work with various teams across the business on day-to-day trouble shooting and problem resolution.
- Review and document current working practices and procedures/ systems. Producing recommendations which would demonstrate a real cost/service improvement.
- Complete field visits to ensure existing operational processes are fit for purpose. Ensure that the learning from these visits is incorporated into day-to-day processes.
