We are looking for a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic person to join as a Senior Leisure & Library Assistant to work in our Central Library in Ilford.
Job requirements:
Excellent communication skills
To take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the facility and support the Centre Manager
Be excellent ambassadors, promoting and encouraging the use of our services.
Essential requirements
Experience of working within a customer service environment and delivering exceptional customer care
This post will involve lone working, early morning, evening weekend and bank holiday working
Requires Maths and English GCSE or equivalent qualification
