Voice & Data Network Analyst
Are you passionate about cutting‑edge Voice & Data technologies and ready to make a real impact across a dynamic business? We’re looking for a Voice & Data Network Analyst to join our team—someone who can combine deep technical expertise with a proactive, solutions‑first mindset.
About the Role
As our Voice & Data specialist, you’ll report into the Communications & Information Security Manager and act as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting the delivery of secure, reliable and high‑quality services across the business. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to ensure our Voice & Data systems are compliant, resilient and continuously improving.
You’ll support both project delivery and operational excellence; bringing innovative thinking, strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering consistent, secure and cost‑effective Voice & Data services across the business
- Monitoring system availability, capacity and performance—driving enhancements where needed
- Supporting IT projects and change initiatives with Voice & Data expertise
- Providing expert 2nd‑line support in line with SLAs
- Investigating incidents, escalating where appropriate and contributing to root‑cause analysis
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR, SOx, GISP and internal control processes
- Liaising with vendors to maintain high service standards
- Supporting continuous improvement across processes and technologies
Key Stakeholders
You’ll partner with:
- Senior Voice & Data Analysts, Security Analysts, Change & Release Managers
- Project Managers, Software Asset Managers & Operational Systems teams
- Business IT users, Internal Auditors & External Auditors
- A range of software, hardware and professional service providers
What You’ll Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree‑level education or significant relevant industry experience
- ITIL certified/trained
- Technical knowledge in one or more areas such as:
- Cisco, Meraki, Avaya
- MPLS, SD‑WAN, SIP
- Experience designing and delivering solutions aligned to business needs
- Vendor engagement and third‑party hosting experience

- Strong communicator (technical & non‑technical)
- Creative thinker with rigorous implementation skills
- Excellent problem analysis and solution design abilities
- High‑quality documentation skills
