Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for a motivated Line Leader to take charge of a busy production line for our clients based in Bilsthorpe. This is your chance to step up, lead a team, and make a real impact, all while enjoying a great work/life balance with a 4 ON / 4 OFF shift pattern.
The Role
• Leading and supervising a production line during your shift
• Ensuring production targets and KPIs are achieved
• Monitoring product quality and addressing any issues promptly
• Allocating tasks and supporting operatives on the line
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
• Ensuring all health & safety and food hygiene standards are followed
• Reporting issues, downtime, or concerns to management
• Assisting with training and onboarding of new starters
Key Responsibilities
• Lead by example at all times
• Keep production running smoothly and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Resolve minor issues quickly to minimise downtime
About You
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Line Leader, Team Leader, or supervisory experience is desirable
• Confident communicator with good leadership skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organised, and proactive
• Flexible and committed to the 4 ON / 4 OFF shift pattern
