Our dynamic distribution company based in Newark is seeking a highly motivated, Customer Service Team Leader to manage their small fast paced Customer Service team. Managing all aspects of the customer service process duties will include.
• Lead the team in the day-to-day running of the department.
• Develop all aspects and processes used in managing orders, arranging transport and general customer support.
• Build effective working relationships with heads of departments in purchasing, warehouse, and finance department.
• Resolve escalated customer support issues and complaints.
• Ensure new products and pricing records are updated and maintained on CRM system.
• Train, develop and guide customer service team members.
• Create weekly and monthly departmental reports.
If you have strong leadership qualities and previous experience in managing a team, this Customer Service Team Leader role may be for you. To be considered you must understand the customer order processes, be comfortable with complaint management and be very well organised. Excellent written and oral, skills are essential as are Intermediate IT skills, including Word, Excel and CRM skills.
