Crynodeb
To provide support and deputise as required for the Senior Clinical Matron. To provide strong clinical leadership and effective management of registered and unregistered staff. A key responsibility is to ensure that the patient experience is of the highest quality, inspiring patient and public confidence. Day to day management of the service across both hospital sites. Budgetary management for departmental budgets. To lead on absence management, ensuring all teams monitor their sickness and complete sickness meetings as per policy. Support speciality team leaders to ensure consistency of operational delivery, optimal use of resources between specialities.
