Nursery Manager (Level 3) – Up to £35,000 – Permanent
This Nursery Manager role is based in a small, family-run nursery. As Nursery Manager you will work closely with the team in the rooms, oversees nursery operations, and takes responsibility for maintaining strong EYFS delivery while supporting the nursery’s continued growth.
The setting operates with a focus on quality of care, consistency, and integrity. Relationships between staff, children, and families are central to how the nursery runs, and the manager plays a key role in setting that tone through their own practice and approach.

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification

- Previous Nursery Manager or Deputy Nursery Manager experience
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily nursery operations, staffing, and routines
- Lead EYFS practice and ensure consistent quality across the setting
- Work directly in the rooms to support ratios and model best practice
- Develop, guide, and support the staff team
- Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
