Responsibilities of a Clymac Project Support Administrator:

-Coordinate project activities and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

-Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.

-Track project progress and update stakeholders on milestones and deliverables.

-Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and status reports.

-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

-Regularly communicate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.

-Support project managers in resource management and allocation.

-Payment applications and invoicing

-Scheduling site visits for our installation team each day and raising jobs on our system

-Taking inbound calls from customers & engineers

-Ordering and dispatching system parts and access equipment to sites ahead of visits

-Liaising with engineers regarding their accommodation and travel arrangements



Qualifications and Skills:

-2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field - not essential

-Excellent organizational and time management skills.

-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.

-Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
