Requirements
✔ Previous experience in a waking night or care/support role
✔ All mandatory/basic training in place (e.g., safeguarding, first aid, medication, etc.)
✔ Ability to provide two recent work references
✔ Right to work in the UK – no sponsorship available
✔ Reliable, attentive, and confident in lone‑working situations
About the Role
You will be responsible for overnight monitoring, supporting service users with any required assistance, completing documentation, and ensuring a calm, safe environment throughout the night.
