About you:

Are you an enthusiastic HR professional ready for your next career step? We’re excited to welcome a motivated HR Administrator to our team based in Exeter City Centre!

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 1 year of HR experience.
Confidence with technology, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Outstanding organisational skills and a customer-first mindset.


About the role:

As an HR Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative support to the HR team and help keep our operations running smoothly. The role is hybrid working with a minimum expectation to work from the Civic Centre 40% of your working hours.

Key responsibilities include:

Facilitating the onboarding process, including the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and conducting pre-employment checks.
Publishing job adverts and assisting managers to arrange interviews.
Organising and maintaining digital personnel files with accurate record-keeping.
Processing invoices for agency workers and other HR expenses.
Serving as the first point of contact for HR queries. We’ll provide full training to equip you with everything you need to succeed in this role.
