About the role:
The School of Law and Policing at the University of Lancashire delivers professionally relevant, research-informed education across law, criminology, forensics, archaeology and policing, with a strong focus on applied learning, social justice and real-world impact. The School of Law and Policing is seeking to appoint an Associate Lecturer to support teaching, assessment and student engagement across its Criminology, Criminal Justice and related provision.
The role will involve the delivery of teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level, supporting assessment and marking activities, and contributing to the student learning experience in line with University policies and procedures. The post holder will work under the guidance of module and course leaders and as part of a wider teaching team.
About you:
You will have relevant subject knowledge appropriate to the teaching requirements of the role and a flexible, innovative approach to teaching.
You will hold an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
