At Myerscough College, we’re looking for passionate agriculture professionals to join us as a Lecturer and help shape the future of the sector. This role is about more than lessons and qualifications — it’s about mentoring, motivating, and opening doors for learners who are finding their way into the world of agriculture.
You’ll bring the industry to life by sharing your own experiences, leading practical, hands-on learning, and helping students develop the confidence, skills, and mindset they need to succeed. Along the way, you’ll see first-hand the impact you can have — guiding learners as they grow not only as professionals, but as people.
If teaching is new to you, that’s not a barrier. We’ll support you with training and help you work towards a teaching qualification. What matters most is your passion for agriculture, your ability to connect with others, and your commitment to helping young people thrive.
