• Support emotional regulation, transitions, communication and engagement

• Follow detailed risk assessments, behaviour support plans and guidance from external professionals
• Liaise closely with the class teacher, SENCO and senior leaders

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting children with SEND (ASD experience desirable)
• Is calm, patient and emotionally resilient
• Can follow guidance consistently and reflect on practice
• Understands the importance of safeguarding and professional boundaries
• Is able to work flexibly and communicate clearly with staff

Experience in specialist provision, nurture settings or with high-needs pupils would be an advantage.
