About the role…

As an Administrator you will be part of our Delivery Team that is responsible for the delivery of all on site works but primary works will be purchase orders, invoicing of
works and data collection. You will assist and support the delivery team in all aspects of their duties to ensure we deliver a professional and efficient service to our client. Reporting to the operations manager and directors within Trenchless Technologies you will be able to confidently manage a busy workload on your own initiative and will adopt a flexible approach to your working day.


This is a full-time permanent role based from our Folkestone office.

As a Project Administrator you will…


Workforce & Site Administration: Manage timesheets, PPE issuance, scheduling, closing jobs, and maintaining accurate records in systems like Ipsum Live.
Procurement & Supplies: Request purchase orders for supplies, monitor safety kits to ensure compliance, and handle general admin tasks.
Training & Compliance: Oversee the training matrix, book courses, manage quality assurance packs for relining works, and track necessary documents.
Fleet & Logistics: Report drivers’ hours, coordinate with the fleet for vehicle bookings, and support project costing by tracking relevant data.
Client Relations & Problem Solving: Gather client feedback, add measures, build strong working relationships, and address issues early to prevent escalation.


About you…

Ideally have experience and strong background in office-based, customer-focused roles, supported by solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Organised, self-motivated, confident working with data, familiar with Health and Safety requirements, and bring a professional, flexible, customer-focused approach.
