Crynodeb

Maintain high standards of patient care ensuring all patients individuality, dignity and privacy is always maintained. Supervising of junior staff, including student nurses & student nurse associates. Liaising closely within the Multidisciplinary team alongside other services such as, neighbouring wards, community mental health team, home treatment team, inpatient pathway team, social care, Mental Health Liaison Team and the Acute Trust.
