Summary
Empress Social Care, a leading provider of high-quality care services, is currently recruiting for the position of Deputy Manager. Based in Hertfordshire, with some travel in the local area, our mission is to be the most reliable, efficient and effective service provider and this role is crucial to that, delivering excellent high quality support focused on achieving positive outcomes.
As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management and delivery of our CQC registered services and lead a dedicated team to ensure young people and adults receive the highest standards of care and support. With a creative mindset and enthusiasm for the sector you will support individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, behaviours that may be challenging, Autism, complex needs, mental health conditions, sensory impairment or a combination of any of these support needs.
The successful candidate will be a compassionate deputy manager who is passionate about the sector, is analytical and follows the company vision to deliver excellent quality care. You will be from a clinical nursing background and demonstrate strong leadership and guidance to the team, building a collaborative culture ensuring staff have the skills and drive to enhance service delivery. Knowledge of CQC standards, regulations and inspections is advantageous. In role, you will be responsible for the effective management of budgets, our quality assurance processes, safeguarding and incident management.

We work with both private and public sector clients including Local Authorities, NHS, Mental Health Services, Private Clients, Direct Payments Service Users and Individual Set Budget users.
