SEND Teaching Assistant – Long-Term Role in Sale SEND school

Are you experienced in supporting children or young people with SEND, including autism? A welcoming SEND school in Sale is looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact, working closely with pupils who need consistent, calm and nurturing support to thrive in the classroom.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience working with SEND, including autism


  • Understands how to manage challenging behaviour with a calm, positive and consistent approach


  • Brings patience, empathy and resilience to every day


  • Can work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals
