Working hours: 8:20am-4:00pm

Brief description:
Support KS3 learners by promoting positive behaviour, resilience and engagement, helping students develop confidence, motivation and the skills needed to succeed across the school day.

About the school:
A supportive secondary environment focused on academic progress and personal development. Staff work together to provide consistent behaviour standards and tailored guidance for students who require additional mentoring.

About the role:
You will support KS3 classes and mentor a small group of students, promoting positive behaviour and growth mindsets. The role involves reinforcing expectations, providing encouragement and helping students stay engaged.

We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:
- Support learning across KS3
- Mentor a targeted student group
- Promote positive behaviour routines
- Encourage resilience and motivation
- Work closely with teachers and pastoral leads

Requirements - The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience with challenging behaviour
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Ability to mentor and motivate young people
- A calm, consistent and supportive approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
