Summary
Junior Project Manager
Harrogate
Junior Project Manager required to lead and manage the development projects for Electro-Mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will be a graduate within a relevant discipline and hold a PMP qualification or similar, as well as experience working in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities for the Junior Project Manager:
- Lead the planning and execution of development projects from start to finish
- Manage project scope, time lines, and budgets
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Provide regular updates and status reports to clients and senior management
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and client satisfaction
- Consolidate documentation, reports and forecasts
- Support client engagement and events
The person:
- Proven experience as a Junior Project Manager in a development environment
- Strong project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Qualifications or project experience in engineering
