Elite Personnel is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a respected and long-established law firm that is expanding its Private Client / Wills & Probate team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor seeking a part-time position within a supportive and well-structured department that values quality work, client care, and professional integrity.
The Position
You will take ownership of a varied private client caseload and work closely with an experienced team, advising clients on a broad range of matters including:
Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
Estate administration from start to finish
Trust administration
Deeds of Variation, family arrangements, and lifetime gifts
Tax and estate planning advice
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in private client work and demonstrate:
Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
The ability to work effectively within an established team environment
Confidence using case management systems and IT
A professional, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
A STEP qualification would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
