We are recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Kineton. The business specialises in producing high-quality chemical and ingredient solutions for industries including food, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, structured production environment.
In this role, you will perform specific, often repetitive tasks at a set pace, including assembling components, operating machinery, packaging products, or conducting quality control checks.
