Marketing Coordinator
Please note: This is an on-site role based in Runcorn, Cheshire.
Location: Runcorn, Cheshire (On-site only – UK applicants only)
Salary: £24,000–£27,000 per annum
Type: Full-time (38 hrs)

Shachihata (Europe) Ltd, a long-established Japanese pen, ink stamp, and stationery manufacturer, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of marketing activity across the UK and Europe.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Team leader, Sales team and our Belgium office, supporting campaigns, product launches, and creative projects that help grow sales and distributor engagement.
What You’ll Do
Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and product launches
Create marketing materials for print and digital, including brochures, POS, catalogues, social media content, and website assets
Produce brilliant illustrations, artwork, and visual concepts (drawing skills beneficial)
Write clear, engaging copy for marketing materials and campaigns
Assist with social media and email campaigns (Mailchimp)
Support exhibitions and liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Design, Art, or a related field
1–3 years’ experience in a marketing or creative role (or strong placement/graduate experience)
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with Canva and CapCut desirable
Good written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Creative flair with an interest in design and visual communication
Portfolio required to demonstrate creative or design work
