We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and knowledgeable member of staff to our office team in the role of admin assistant to cover maternity leave.
Our office is the heart of Regis Manor, serving as a vital hub that supports the daily life of our entire school community. As the outward face of the school, the office team provides the first port of call for all visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. We pride ourselves on being a dependable source of support for our parents and a backbone for our staff, ensuring that the administrative operations of the school run seamlessly so that our educators can focus on our pupils.
The role involves working as part of a dedicated office team within our busy, three-form entry primary school. This is a fast-paced environment that requires someone who is exceptionally organised, hardworking, and ready to hit the ground running. We are looking for an individual who is not only committed to their own professional development but is also passionate about supporting the school team to achieve excellence.
Regis Manor was judged “good” at our last Ofsted inspection in July 2023 and the school continues to improve and develop.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our school. In return, we offer a stimulating, supporting, and rewarding working environment, where all staff are valued and where you will have the opportunity to access a range of excellent professional opportunities to support your progression.
We understand the importance of work-life balance and will give due consideration to requests for flexible working.
We are proud to be an inclusive employer and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
Join us to benefit from:
● Local Government Pension Scheme – with a generous employer contribution
● Enhanced Maternity Pay
