We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Assistant.
These exciting and varied roles offer the chance to work in a lively, fast-paced hospitality environment, ensuring our guests enjoy the very best experience.
Please note this role will require working evenings and weekends.
About the Role
You’ll play a key part in delivering excellent service across our bars, restaurant areas. Duties may include:
Bar & Waiting Responsibilities:
Serve customers in a friendly, professional and efficient manner at all times.
Advise guests on available products and promotions, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Set up and maintain bars, tables and service areas with appropriate stock, glassware, and condiments.
Take and process food and drink orders accurately using the tills and POS systems.
Serve beverages, including wines and spirits, in accordance with licensing laws.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all work and public areas, following Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines.
Support with stock rotation, waste recording, and basic cleaning duties before, during and after service.
Handle cash and card payments securely and accurately.
Skills & Qualities
We’re looking for individuals who:
Are smart, polite, professional and well presented.
Have excellent communication and customer care skills.
Are flexible, adaptable and team-oriented.
Demonstrate a passion for quality service and attention to detail.
Possess good numerical and literacy skills.
Can work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Act with honesty and integrity at all times.
Previous bar, waiting or cash-handling experience is desirable — but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
