You will lead multidisciplinary teams across maintenance, capital projects, facilities management and property services, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability and continual improvement. With corporate responsibility for our revenue and capital estates budgets, you will also oversee costimprovement programmes, efficiency initiatives and valuedriven investment. This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior estates professional with Chartered status (RIBA, RICS, CIBSE, CIOB, etc.) and significant experience in largescale estates leadership, capital programme delivery, and regulatory compliance within a complex organisation. You must bring strategic vision, strong analytical capability, highly developed leadership skills and the ability to navigate complexity with confidence.
