Summary
We're seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more sites. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure all contracted services are delivered in line with legal, statutory, and client requirements. You'll be the go-to person for resolving operational issues swiftly and professionally, keeping the site running smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with contractual obligations.

-Manage and support the operational delivery of facilities across single or multiple sites
-Ensure all services meet legal, regulatory, and client standards
-Respond promptly to daily challenges with professionalism and efficiency
-Maintain high standards of performance, safety, and compliance across all areas

-Solid general education and a relevant qualification in Facilities Management
-Proven track record of continuous professional development within the FM industry
-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
-Commitment to excellence and a customer-focused mindset
