We are recruiting Residential Support Workers to join our Ofsted-regulated children’s home supporting young people aged 7–17 with emotional and behavioural needs.
This role suits caring, reliable individuals who can provide consistent support within a structured residential care environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting young people with daily routines, education, and activities
• Providing emotional support and positive role modelling
• Promoting independence and life skills
• Managing behaviour using calm and safe approaches
• Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• Recording daily notes and reports
• Working shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
Requirements
• Experience working with children or young people
• Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
• Strong communication skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Caring, patient and professional approach
