We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Children Support Workers to join a large, detached home supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma, may have mental health needs, and/or have a learning disability.
The home offers extensive outdoor spaces designed to encourage positive engagement and therapeutic activities, promoting wellbeing and personal development in a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
Facilitate therapeutic and recreational activities to support personal development.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment.
Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people.
We are looking for candidates who:
Are compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference.
Have experience or an interest in working with children who have experienced trauma, mental health challenges, or learning disabilities.
Are able to work flexibly, including day and night shifts.
