The Role
As a Graduate Unqualified English Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting the English department and delivering high-quality learning experiences to students across KS3 and KS4.
Key responsibilities include:
• Teaching English lessons using fully pre-planned schemes of work and lesson resources.
• Supporting students to achieve excellent academic outcomes in English Language and Literature.
• Delivering engaging and structured lessons under the guidance of experienced teachers.
• Providing targeted academic support to individuals and small groups.
• Assisting with assessment, marking, and progress tracking.
• Acting as a positive role model within the classroom and wider school community.
This role is ideal for graduates seeking hands-on classroom experience prior to teacher training (PGCE / Schools Direct).
