What skills and experience we're looking for
• Have experience of working with children in KS2
• Experience of KS2 SATS would be an advantage, but not essential
• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in childcare,
• Demonstrate high expectations of individual achievement and behaviour,
• Be creative, calm, caring and enthusiastic,
• Have good organisational and interpersonal skills,
• Have flair, talent and initiative,
• Demonstrate a commitment to raising standards.
• Be able to work in close partnership with the whole school community.
