Summary
Position: Contract Support SpecialistLocation: Central LondonShift pattern: 10:00am - 7:00pmOpportunities for upskilling, development and progression available

You will be responsible for ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and in accordance with required standards.
Main duties
-Provide support to the National Cleaning Manager,
-Supervise the Cleaning Team that are on site during the shift time,
-Ensure compliance with all QHSE reporting requirements,
-Monitor budget versus actual spend and implement corrective actions as directed by SSMs,
-Liaise with the site team with MI reports to the client on daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis,
-Manage PPMs (e.g., windows, hard floors, carpets, upholstery, kitchens) in line with the calendar and budget,
-Manage escalated issues through to resolution, engaging appropriate stakeholders,
-Oversee washroom services across all sites,
Person Specification
-Confident in both remote service delivery and client-facing interactions,
-Skilled in resolving issues collaboratively with clients,
-Approachable, friendly, and professional in demeanour,
-Proficient in presenting reports, with skills in Microsoft Word and Excel,
-Highly practical and organised, with a proven ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively based on urgency,
-Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with both clients and internal stakeholders.
