Summary

Contract Support

We are seeking a proactive and organized Contract Support to join our facilities management team for a temporary contract. This role is vital for providing essential administrative support and ensuring the smooth operational delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works.

Role Overview
  • Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

  • Hours: 40.00 hours per week.

  • Location: London Borough of Hackney.

  • Start Date: 20/02/2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Assist with a variety of contract support tasks to ensure the efficient running of facilities services.

  • Contractor Management: Liaise with and chase external contractors to guarantee timely service delivery.

  • Engineer Coordination: Engage with engineering teams to schedule and track ongoing works.

  • Work Scheduling: Oversee the booking and logging of both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repair requests.

Requirements
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate between different stakeholders effectively.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional liaison with contractors and engineers.

  • Efficiency: A focused approach to ensuring all maintenance works are correctly logged and followed through to completion.
