Crynodeb
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join the Transformation Team within Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH), supporting the delivery of key transformation projects across the Outer North West Division.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects that focus on improving patient care, supporting service change, and delivering sustainable improvements and efficiencies. Projects may span divisional, Trust-wide, and system-wide priorities, requiring collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.
As part of the Divisional Transformation Team, you will support the planning, delivery, and embedding of consistent processes and standards across the transformation portfolio. You will work collaboratively with clinical and corporate colleagues, contributing to the successful delivery of change that has a positive impact on patients, staff, and services.
This is a full-time substantive post, with an immediate start available or a start date to be agreed.

• This post plays a key role in leading and managing the delivery of a range of programmes within the Division, while also contributing to Trust-wide transformation initiatives.
• The post holder will be responsible for the planning, delivery, reporting, and effective management of multiple projects, supporting both divisional priorities and the divisional contribution to wider Trust transformation programmes.

• Managing and leading specific projects within the Improvement and Transformation Directorate, which includes developing and managing project/programmes plans, reporting progress and undertaking risk and issue management to ensure effective and timely delivery.
• Managing and contributing to the reporting of progress/under performance of projects and programmes.
• Working directly with operational leads and relevant stakeholders to deliver specified projects.
• Support divisions in developing robust QIPP schemes.
