This is an exciting time to join us. We are continuing to build on existing models of care while introducing new, innovative ways of working. Over the next 12 months, our transformation plans include deeper integration with primary care, strengthening both planned and unplanned care pathways, and placing greater emphasis on population health. All of this is underpinned by the support and leadership of a forward-thinking Senior Management Team.

As part of our dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to shaping future services and to play a meaningful role in enhancing patient experiences across the community.

You will deliver person-centred clinical care while working collaboratively across the service, and provide day-to-day professional leadership to ensure consistently high standards of care.
• To provide specialised treatments with the appropriate skills and knowledge
• To autonomously assess and diagnose patients
• To have the ability to assess patients with very high risk factors
• To create and implement tailored treatment and specialised care plans
• To adopt a problem solving approach, engaging patients and carers in their treatment plan
• To provide general and specialist foot health advice
• To carry out regular Nail Surgery sessions on a rotational basis
• To liaise with members of the wider multidisciplinary team
• To have a high level of focus and concentration necessary to work in an environment of interruptions and distractions while simultaneously performing complicated and physically demanding treatment.
• To delegate care in appropriate circumstances to Podiatry assistants
• To maintain accurate patient records including assessment and treatment plans
• Ensure that the condition of clinical rooms are maintained in accordance with infection control and the Podiatry service guidelines.
• To be involved in developing clinical standards and protocols of care in line with community and service needs.

These roles are ideal for motivated clinicians who are committed to inclusive, community-based care and who want to develop their skills within a progressive and welcoming service.

We are proud to be one of the largest community healthcare providers in the country, with more than 4,500 colleagues caring for over four million people across London and Hertfordshire. Every day, our teams bring their skill, compassion, and determination to the people who depend on us.

What inspires us is at the heart of who we are: when we work together, we can help people move forward in ways that truly matter. It means working in an organisation that values compassion, welcomes new ideas, and believes in the potential of every colleague. Your development matters here. Your wellbeing matters.
