Brightwork Ltd, part of the Staffline Group, is a dynamic recruitment business and we are delighted to be recruiting a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our team, working across our Elgin and Aberlour sites.
We are seeking a customer-focused individual who is committed to delivering an exceptional level of service. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, strong administrative and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively at the same time.
Working as part of a fast-paced team, focusing on helping candidates find the best jobs you will be involved in:
Fulfilling daily volume requirements in line with client deadlines; including the recruitment and selection of workers
Inputting and checking data for weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy
Being responsible for administration processes such as change requests and absences
Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes
Providing a positive customer experience, dealing with any worker queries quickly and efficiently
