Crynodeb
This is an 18-month fixed-term HR Apprenticeship within the Business Services department, supporting the HR and Recruitment Advisor with the day-to-day delivery of HR services.
You will be the first point of contact for many HR queries via the HR helpdesk, responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner. You will also support recruitment activity, onboarding processes, and the maintenance of accurate HR records.
This role offers broad exposure to HR operations including recruitment, compliance, employee records, and HR systems, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in human resources.
The role is hybrid, based between Exeter, home working, and other sites as required, and includes one day per week for apprenticeship study.

Qualifications required
Level 4/C or equivalent in GCSE Maths and EnglishIf you have not achieved these grades we can support you to achieve through functional skills.
Skills required
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Basic IT skills (email, Word, Excel, databases).
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Prospects
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities to progress into HR Administrator, HR Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, or similar roles within the organisation.

Duration 18 months
