Duties:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with key performance indicators.
- Utilise sales resources effectively to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional and ethical interactions.
- Identify customer needs accurately and recommend suitable commercial vehicle solutions.
- Promote and upsell accessories, warranties, and financing options to maximise revenue.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge and confidently communicate features and benefits.
- Support team initiatives and collaborate with colleagues to optimise overall dealership performance.
- Contribute to process improvements and help minimise waste in sales procedures.
- Ensure adherence to FCA regulations and maintain relevant certifications.
- Follow up on leads and prospect new business opportunities consistently.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in high-volume vehicle sales, ideally within a commercial vehicle environment.
- Full UK driving licence held for at least six months, with fewer than nine penalty points.
- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Demonstrable ability to prospect and convert leads into profitable sales.
- Strong self-management skills with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
- Resilient, motivated, and committed to continuous personal development.
- Ability to understand and meet the needs of both customers and the business.
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance standards relevant to automotive sales.
